Over the past few years, in particular, we have developed our know-how in the field of gourmet traditions. Thanks to our innovative spirit, we have created original recipes that will delight your taste buds.
The team of La Table de Charlotte Traiteur employs ten people full-time, including two Maîtres d’Hôtel, one Chef helped by one Second de Cuisine, 2 Chefs de Partie and one apprentice studying for a BAC Pro diploma. We devise and prepare our creations in our 1,000 m2 laboratory located in St Cannat (10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence), which is able to accommodate up to 15 Chefs.
La Table de Charlotte Traiteur selects the food which makes up our different dishes with the greatest care. The “quality procedure” introduced at our premises and in our good practices guarantee a high level of food safety recognized, in particular by the label
We privilege locally-sourcedfood, and, as a priority, fruit and vegetables produced by means of fair trade practices. We limit the carbon footprint for the transport of our products and opt for simplified packaging, with containers in porcelain, glass or bamboo, in order to limit the use of plastic.

In Marseilles, we work regularly in partnership with the Palais du Pharo,the Parc Chanot and Mucem. The Villa Méditerranée, the Villa Gaby, Le Silo, Le Buz, and the Dock des Suds work with La Table de Charlotte Traiteur for their events.
